Isn't Email slow?

Nope, slow email is usually caused by the configuration of companies' email clients and servers. They are usually set up to check new email not too frequently, to save resources.

If you use a service like Gmail (or configure your company server correctly), then things are Fast. The server sends/receives as quickly as possible, and the client checks very frequently (few seconds).

Do we have to use Smart Watches?

No, you can use smart phones (or even wall-mounted screens if it's fitting for your case). At the end of the day, it's just email :)

Smart Watches just make it very easy as they can be checked at a quick glance.

Won't other emails get mixed with Waver messages?

This is why it's best to create a dedicated email account (address) to receive Waver messages on. Gmail allows one person to have 4 email accounts. You can create more accounts on the Gmail app itself.
